The Sydney Spring Racing Carnival continued this weekend when another eight great races took to the premier New South Wales Royal Randwick Racecourse on Saturday on the San Domenico Stakes Day.
The first feature of the day was the $125,000 Group Three Missile Stakes (1200m) which saw nine three-year-olds jump.
It was a great win for Love Conquers All who started their spring racing campaign with an unbeatable start.
Danleigh came in second, while the Tracey Bartley-trained Sniper’s Bullet rounded out the place getting positions in third.
Headlining the day’s action was the $125,000 Group Three San Domenico Stakes (1000m) which saw just seven take to the track.
Obsequious dominated the field with champion hoop Tim Clark in the saddle, overcoming the hot pre race favourite Solar Charged in the closing straight.
The three-year-old had a clear finish ahead of the second-placed Solar Charged , while the Clarry-Conners trained Decision Time finished third with a strong run.
It was a great day of racing down on the track, and will sets the rest of the spring racing action a high bar to reach – so check in back here to see whether or not it manages to.
